Delivered by Royal Mail First Class Signed for, however please allow upto 2-3 days due to current Covid-19 pandemic.

Flat Rate of £3.00 Order by 2:30pm to qualify for same day dispatch. Vuice Vapes strives to ship every order as quick as possible. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification with your Tracking Number so you are able to keep track of your item.

Our Shipping Schedule is as Follows:
Orders placed before 02:30pm BST on working days (Monday-Friday) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time of 02:30pm BST on Friday are shipped on the next working day (Monday).

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Customers can cancel an order by contacting us directly on 0115 9638452 at any point prior to packing and despatch.

We do not offer refunds on products purchased on our website however we do offer a replacement or credit note on faulty returns.

Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed once it has been received.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via e-mail to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

To return your product, you should send your product to: Vuice Vapes, 1a Central Walk, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 7HF You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
