This highly advanced pod system is compatible with two types of distinctly designed coils that each offers their very own vaping experience. The SMOK Nord 5 pods have a larger E-liquid capacity reservoir that is filled through a side mounted rubber plug.
For your convenience, SMOKtech has made the filling hole a bit larger than other similar devices so you don’t have to worry about making a mess. Be sure to fully seal the rubber plug and let your Cotton wicks be fully saturated before each use to prevent leakage and burnt or dry hits.

Shipping & Return Policy
Same Day Deliveries: We aim to dispatch all “Same Day Delivery” orders by 4:00 PM on the day the order is placed. Please note that this service is available only on qualifying orders (Hucknall Area) placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Deliveries: All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually shipped around 4:30 PM, while Saturday dispatches are processed at approximately 4:00 PM. No orders are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress directly through Royal Mail’s website.
Returns & Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within our stated return period. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
