Shipping & Cancellation Info
At Vuice Vapes, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent service for all of our customers. This page outlines how we process orders, delivery options, cancellations, and what to do if you experience any issues with your order.
Order Processing
- Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 4:30 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
- Saturday: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
- Sunday: We are closed and no orders are processed or dispatched.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping Options
- Same Day Delivery (Hucknall Only):
Available exclusively to customers in the Hucknall area.
- Monday – Friday cut-off: 4:30 PM
- Saturday cut-off: 4:00 PM
- Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next available day.
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed): Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.
Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- If you are not available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.
- Please double-check that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before dispatch. Please email or call us immediately with your order number.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible to return the order under our Returns Policy.
- Custom or Special Orders: These may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an order, please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy. For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened e-liquids, coils, or disposable vapes) cannot be returned once opened or used.
Delivery Issues
- If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur within Royal Mail’s network.
- If your parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo evidence, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
