Delivered by Royal Mail First Class Signed for, Items usually arrive next day however please allow upto 2-3 days due to any Royal Mail Strikes/Issues.
Flat Rate of £4.95 Order by 2:30pm to qualify for same day dispatch. Vuice Vapes strives to ship every order as quick as possible.
Our Shipping Schedule is as Follows:
Orders placed before 02:30pm BST on working days (Monday-Friday) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time of 02:30pm BST on Friday are shipped on the next working day (Monday)
Royal Mail advises customers to claim as soon as possible after an event has occurred to enable enquiries to be made promptly. The sender or the recipient of the item may both claim for a lost item but only one will be paid compensation. VuiceVapes takes no responsibility for lost/missing items once with the Royal Mail, VuiceVapes will also not claim back on any lost items, we ask you to make any claims necessary, to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible

DELIVERY FEES
The UK has a flat rate of £4.95 for ALL orders under £40.00, any orders over qualify for free shipping.
Local customers (Within the Hucknall area can also order same day delivery for £4.00 and for free on orders over £40.00)
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Customers can cancel an order by contacting us directly on 0115 9638452 at any point prior to packing and despatch.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased on our website however we do offer a replacement or credit note on faulty returns.
Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED
Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed once it has been received.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via e-mail to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should send your product to: VuiceVapes, 1a Central Walk, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 7HF You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Discrepancies:
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Cancelling and Altering Orders:
In our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is packaged we are unable to alter or change any order.
