How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals/tags intact.
Which items can’t be returned?
- Opened or used products of any kind
- E-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes (once packaging is opened) due to hygiene regulations
- Sale items (final sale), gift cards, and promotional freebies
Who pays for the return postage?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Please email info@vuicevapes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
How do I start a return?
- Email info@vuicevapes.com with your order number to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
- Repack items securely (unopened) and include proof of purchase.

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes — when you request your RMA, let us know you’d like an exchange. We’ll confirm stock and next steps.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receipt. Your bank/card provider may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to post the refund.
Can I return in store?
Yes. Bring the unused, unopened item and your proof of purchase to our Hucknall store at 1 Central Walk, NG15 7HF. We’ll inspect and process according to this policy.
