Bloody Bar Crystal 10K Prefilled Pod + Refill Container
The replacement pod and refill container are for use with the Bloody Bar Crystal 10K prefilled pod vape kit. The Bloody Bar Crystal 10K pod and refill pack features one prefilled pod and a 10ml auto-refill container, loaded with Bloody Mary's signature 20mg (2%) nicotine salt formula. Engineered for smooth, flavour-packed mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping, its smart auto-refill system keeps the e-liquid flowing, so every puff, all the way up to 10,000, stays consistently satisfying.
Please note: Type-C USB charging cable is NOT included and must be purchased separately if required.
This prefilled pod and refill pack is designed to provide up to approximately 20000 puffs, with the actual number of puffs depending on the length of each draw. Taking longer draws may result in lower puff counts.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Return Policy
Same Day Deliveries: We aim to dispatch all “Same Day Delivery” orders by 4:00 PM on the day the order is placed. Please note that this service is available only on qualifying orders (Hucknall Area) placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Deliveries: All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually shipped around 4:30 PM, while Saturday dispatches are processed at approximately 4:00 PM. No orders are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress directly through Royal Mail’s website.
Returns & Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within our stated return period. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
