Toggle between the two flavours using the Dual 10K battery device slider switch to enjoy an unparalleled, long-lasting flavour experience. Powered by QUAQ Mesh coil technology, these replacement Dual 10K packs are designed to deliver up to approximately 10,000 puffs.
Please note: Puff counts are approximate and dependent on the length of draws on each use, with significantly lower puff counts found if longer draws are taken.

How to use your Elf Bar Dual 10K pods and containers
- Remove the large sticker and carefully read the instructions.
- Locate and remove the silicone parts from the top and remove the bottom sticker.
- Press both e-liquid containers firmly into place.
- Installed the pod into the Dual 10K battery device.

Shipping & Return Policy
Same Day Deliveries: We aim to dispatch all “Same Day Delivery” orders by 4:00 PM on the day the order is placed. Please note that this service is available only on qualifying orders (Hucknall Area) placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Deliveries: All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually shipped around 4:30 PM, while Saturday dispatches are processed at approximately 4:00 PM. No orders are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress directly through Royal Mail’s website.
Returns & Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within our stated return period. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
